Glenda Wiley, a registered behavior technician (RBT)/Assistant Clinical Director, is pursuing to become a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). She has been an RBT for 5 years, providing one-to-one applied behavior analysis services to individuals with autism under the age of 18. Glenda is passionate about working with children and loves to work alongside families, witnessing growth firsthand. Glenda received her undergraduate degree in Therapeutic Recreation at Winston-Salem State University and her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with an Emphasis on Autism at Ball State University. Glenda lives in Winston-Salem with her husband and two daughters (ages 2 and 10). When Glenda is not at work, she enjoys spending lots of family time, being outdoors, doing DIY, and reading thriller novels.
